The possibilities of the WindMill

The goal of the WindMill at Tinderhoj School is to create a more practical and tangible line of education for students. Especially electricity and energy provision can be abstract sizes for students to comprehend. However, the WindMill from Energileg students get a hands on experience with electrical devices, which shows exactly how energy is transformed into electrical power.

The possibilities of the WindMill translates to all ages. From 6 years it furthers the knowledge of weather by looking at the spinning wings of the WindMill. For the elder students the WindMill can position can be altered to reach the most sustainable produce of energy. All data from the WindMill is stored and can be extracted for analysis in projects on energy.
